About Us

We are a family owned business located in Central Wisconsin, USA. We work with clients and web pros from all over the world.

I’m Dustin Czysz and Klovera is my business. I’ve been involved with website design, strategy and development since 1999. Over the past two decades I’ve worked with Silicon Valley start-ups, local government, entrepreneurs, universities, artists, dancers, mom & pop shops, Fortune 500 companies, manufacturers, and online retailers. Below are a few of the people and organizations I’ve had the honor to collaborate with:

Dustin is a cutting edge technologist with an extra dose of integrity. He is motivated to make sure that things work as they are supposed to and he sees things through until that happens.
Griffin de Luce, Founder CTO, METASAMURAI
Dustin has a real talent for understanding your needs and creating the best realization of your ideas.
Andrew Hessedal, VP Operations, Innovative Industries, Inc.
I have had a five plus year working relationship with Dustin and recommend him without hesitation.
Dale Walker, Director of Business and Industry, Fox Valley Technical College

How we work:

We primarily focus on building long term relationships. The majority of our work is for clients that have been with us 10 or more years where we have become an integral part of their business — a sort of ‘virtual web department’, if you will.

As such, we are not focused on turnover – that is, getting as many projects through the door as possible. Instead, we take the time to learn your business and find the best way to provide lasting value. In other words, we are in this for the long haul and won’t disappear as soon as the project goes live.

Our company has 3 driving principles:

  1. Always be moving towards a goal: We make it a priority to understand your business model, industry, goals and resources. This is the knowledge that guides us to making a positive impact on your business.
  2. Consistently deliver value: This industry moves fast. We are constantly learning and iterating so we can pass on the latest technologies and techniques to keep you moving forward.
  3. Remain nimble: The majority of our work is done by in-house talent (Dustin & Alexis). We also have a network of trusted vendors and contractors that allows us to rapidly expand or contract our team to suit each client’s needs and budget. This enables us to work remotely and keep our overhead low all while maintaining a very broad range of capabilities.

Here are a few areas we can help you with:

Who we work with:

Our clients are comprised of business owners, board members and executives who recognize the value of a strong digital presence but lack some of the specialized in-house skills to make it happen.

We work best with clients who …

Have goals in mind

Without goals you don’t know where you’re going and can’t tell when (or if) you get there. We know from experience that the clearer your goals at the outset the better the end result will be. That’s why the first thing we do for any project is work with you to clearly define them.

Have a team (or are willing to build one)

Websites take people to be done right. You will need resources responsible for working with us to review designs, revise strategy, create content, perform administrative tasks, etc. This could be as simple as a virtual assistant that helps out a few hours a week or a dedicated team with members from several departments in your organization. We’ll work with you to bring the right people together.

Have a budget

Websites are an investment, plain and simple. We are in the business of obtaining long term clients and will do everything in our power to make sure your investment generates a positive return. This typically takes shape as reduced operational costs or building a revenue stream — sometimes both.

The majority of our projects run in the $10 – $30k range. That said, we’ve also worked on projects that are in excess of $200k. In general, we rarely take on projects with a budget under $6k. It’s important to note that after the development websites should be budgeted as an operational cost. It is recommended to budget 50 – 100% of the initial development cost for yearly maintenance, management & marketing.
