Who we work with:
Our clients include business owners, board members, marketing managers, creative directors, and executives who recognize the value of a solid digital presence but lack some of the specialized in-house skills to make it happen.
We work best with clients who …
Have goals in mind
Without goals, you don’t know where you’re going and can’t tell when (or if) you get there. We know from experience that the clearer your goals at the outset, the better the results will be. That’s why the first thing we do for any project is work with you to define them clearly.
Have a team (or are willing to build one)
Websites take people to be done right. You will need internal resources responsible for working with us to review designs, revise strategy, create content, perform administrative tasks, etc. This could be as simple as a virtual assistant that helps out a few hours a week or a dedicated team with members from several departments in your organization. We’ll work with you to bring the right people together.
Have a budget
Websites are an investment. We are in the business of obtaining long-term clients and will do everything in our power to make sure your investment generates a positive return. This typically takes shape as reduced operational costs or building a revenue stream — often both.
The majority of our launch projects run in the $10 – $30k range. We’ve also worked on projects that run over $200k. In general, we rarely take on projects with a budget under $10k. It’s important to note that after development, websites should be budgeted as an operational cost. The standard recommendation is to budget 50 – 100% of the initial development cost for yearly maintenance, management & marketing.
